I was prescribed the antibiotic Levaquin for an alleged sinus infection and was not warned in any way about potentially dangerous, long-lasting and permanent side effects. I developed severe nerve damage in my left foot and in both Achilles tendons which I am still living with today. In addition, the sinus infection was a misdiagnosis so there was absolutely no need to take this dangerous drug. The staff can often be patronizing.

Prescribed excessively long course of antibiotics and steroids that resulted in c.diff diarrhea and other complications. Second opinion at Mayo Clinic confirmed the treatment was inappropriate and worse yet, Dr Tedford's follow up plan was for another 6-8 weeks of antibiotics and steroids that I never needed in the first place. Stay away
