I have been seeing Dr. Tkach since 1997. He performed my first hip replacement for me after having many hip surgeries due to CHD. I was 33 years old. My first hip replacement lasted 20 and I only needed a partial revision. Dr. Tkach is very professional, courteous and empathetic to your pain. He really takes the time to listen to you and will give you all the options he can. You can trust and feel comfortable with Dr. Tkach!

What stood out in my visit:There is zero respect for patient time. When I inquired with the front desk woman about my 10:15 appt coming and going, I was told that Mondays and Wednesdays are 'busy' and essentially, it is what it is. When I was finally taken back to a room, I was told 'Sorry for the wait, but Dr. T spends SO much time with his patients and he will do the same with you.' Finally being seen after 2 hours, we talk for 10 minutes max, determines what's wrong, and says that I need an injection. Prep takes 2 minutes then I wait for Dr. T to come back to give me a shot. After 15-20 he comes back, gives me the shot and it was over.If you decide to go here, don't make any plans to do anything for the rest of your day.
