Excellent and caring physician
I have seen Dr Wallin for 45 years, and he has always been professional and caring and has an interest in any problem….Took time with me to discuss any situation. He has delivered one of my babies and pre and post care for another. I would not hesitate to recommend him…he is an excellent doctor.

This man is wonderful. Kind, patient, and good at explanations. Hadn’t had a pelvic exam in some time - gentle, but thorough. His staff is extremely helpful.

I have been a patient at Partners in Womens Health for nearly a decade. No kids, so I've only ever needed to see them for birth control and annual exams. My typical provider was unavailable so I was rescheduled with him. He was absolutely dismissive, sarcastic (?), and just kind of rude throughout the appointment. First time meeting him, he says nice to see me again. Then asks me to "cover up"... hello? This is a gyn appointment? If my cleavage is distracting to you, you're in the wrong field. Then when I requested actual pain medication for my next IUD insertion he said "ok, we'll just make a note here in your chart that we have to treat you special." Yeah, thanks. Then during the pap, he says aloud to my discomfort "wow, you really don't like this huh?" No, women LOVE pap smears. It's fun and not at all uncomfortable. This guy has no bedside manner and what he does have leaves you feeling worse than when you came in. I would absolutely tell others to avoid scheduling with him.

No. I would not recommend Dr. Wallin. I would tell you to run! He didn't know his limitations years ago & I can't believe he's still allowed to do practice, let alone do procedures. He was supposed to do laproscopic surgery & decided to open me up, proceded to nic my ureter & almost let me bleed out in the O.R. He left me open on the O.R. table for 6 hours, waiting for a specialist to fix me, & never bothered to have anyone talk to my family once. It was supposed to be a simple procedure 1 hour tops, out pt. Not even close. I was hospitalized for 12 days, a true nightmare, had to have several surgeries to try to fix what he did. Lost my job & my life the way it was with a young child & family... Thanks Dr.

During my appointment with Dr. Wallin he had no idea what form of birth control I was currently using though it was in my records for years. Later when I was telling him about my children and how much energy they have, he told me that’s why I look so tired. Gee, thanks. Then after telling him I had 2 home births following a hospital induced C-section, he interjected with his opinion that home births are stupid. That is a quote. He actually said “stupid”. Throughout my many years of being a patient at PIWH this was the first time I had ever seen Dr. Wallin and it will be the last. I’d be “stupid” to ever see him again.

Awful. Quick in and out. I was not given a chance to ask questions or given any explanation of my problem. He also was no help at all. Need to go see another doc for relief.

He treated me like a person and not a baby maker. He's the first doctor to listen to and believe me when I said I didn't want to be a mother. He performed my sterilisation with a sense of humour to match my own. I'm very satisfied.
