Horrible service. 12/1 apt and was told if I pay out of pocket I would be reimbursed once they file insurance 3-4 wks. It has been five months and they haven’t filed and refuse to do so or reimburse me for a visit that should have been $0 out of pocket. They keep giving me the run around. Save yourself and go to a more professional practice

I had a horrible experience with this "doctor" when I lived in Charlotte, NC. Extreme pain inflicted by him, only to learn he had misdiagnosed and I didn't need any of the "treatment" he did, and my condition was much, much worse and much more painful for years after. Finally got the nerve to go to a real Podiatrist and got all fixed up. No more pain. No one should ever use this doctor.

Run from this office!!!! The office was completely filthy....doesn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Dirt covered everything! This practice should be shut down!

Would recommend this office to family and friends! The office always smells clean and looks clean(that's a big deal for me) The receptionist always has a smile on her face and helps in any way she can!(even when she is running between the rooms) Love having my nails cut by her! Great office staff

Had foot pain for about a week! Called and got right in! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, Dr. Whitfield explained my diagnosis and the ways of treatment very well! I left the office pain free and knowledgeable of what my problem was! Would recommend this office to friends and family!

I have had foot pain for approximately six months Dr. Whitfield took time and interest in my pain and a x-ray was taken a diagnosis was made he explained my condition thoroughly and the treatment helped the foot pain. The office staff was courteous the waiting time was less than 10 minutes each visit I would recommend Dr. Whitfield to any of my family and friends sincerely Cheryl S

Went for post-op follow up and Dr Whitfield had already left the clinic for the day despite a scheduled appointment with my daughter. The assistant inform me that she had reminded Whitfield of the scheduled appointment and he left for the day anyway. She proceeded to assess the wound (despite having little to no training in assessment as a MOA) and to change the dressing with dirty scissors. She was slamming drawers and was very agitated as well as rude. I do not recommend this clinic!

My experience with Dr. Whitfield was just plain horrible. All he talked about during my visit was how he felt I needed to get signed up for Medicare and Medicaid. He spent less than 5 minutes addressing the issue for which I scheduled the appointment. I left his office not only with still very painful feet, but also feeling very insulted. Shameful. Stay away from this guy!

Horrible horrible horrible.....very obvious that there is no income put into his office....very outdated and not the cleanest.....Dr.whitfield took four weeks to write my opinion letter and then it was written like a 10 year old's homework, also he wrote my legal opinion letter on standard printer paper rather than an official letter head. He is just plain sloppy as a doctor....he needs to be investigated by Medicare and Medicaid officials
