The first appointment I took my mom to was great. After taking a new prescribed medication for several weeks, the effects were not working as well. I called and left messages 3 different times. I was told that I would receive a return phone call within 48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I didn't care that I spoke with the physician directly, but some response from anyone at their office would have been nice. This doesn't reflect that the Emory Clinic is concerned about you as a patient.
