We were only together for a brief time, but in that time I got a full explanation of 'next steps' for my treatment and all of my questions answered. I didn't feel at all rushed, I felt like someone who knows what he's doing did it well.

Complete waste of time. He did a Stapedectomy in 1996 Now in 2019 I went back he was dismissive, never washed his hands, jammed a scope under my one nostril never looked in my ear with tinnitus/ implant side . Kept walking from room to room totally unfocused on me . Excellent surgeon , absoloutely lacks empathy and ability to listen to patient.

I didn't disclose that my husband is a surgeon & I'm a CCU nurse bcs we didn't want "special treatment". THIS was tough bcs my mom was the patient. I'm glad that we let it play out to the end. Very disturbing experience. Bit my tongue when he didn't wash his hands or use sanitizer. I saw him as aloof until he SHOVED A LARYNGOSCOPE UP MY ELDERLY MOM'S NOSE & DOWN HER THROAT W/O PRIOR NUMBING & W/O WARNING! No one prepped her w/local anesthestic spray so I never expected a laryngoscopy. I her gasp & choking & realized he did it. THAT'S CRUELTY! He had her consent for a procedure he was NOT performing. Nurse didn't know why either. Mom was silent all the way home. Wouldn't speak abt it for days. Nose, neck still hurt days later. She finally said she's afraid of him. He never returned my call. Had I not EXPERIENCED this, would I believe it? HOW OFTEN DOES HE GET AWAY WITH THIS? BELIEVE THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I experienced EVERYTHING in ONE VISIT...and I didn't tell everything here.
