Interrupts every 2 seconds
I just saw Dr Pham for the first time. My original appointment was July 12th but less than 48 hours before his office moved it to August 18th. The office staff was rude immediately upon entry. I was not asked if it was okay for a resident to see me before doctor Pham, but that didn't seem to matter. Once Pham came into the room finally he interrupted me several times. He did not listen to anything I said and pretty much told me everything I have been told is wrong and his opinion was correct. He laughed every time I tried to tell him what I thought was vital information. Pham is one of the only neuro-ophthalmologists in the city, but go elsewhere if at all possible to save yourself some hassle.

does not appear to be patient directed
my rating - and frustration - is based on the lack of consideration in scheduling. I was set for a visit in late August [made months head] only to be informed in late June that the appointment was canceled and the only available one would be at the end of September - when I would not be in town. aggh! perhaps this is the fault of the University hospital, but Dr. Pham still bears responsibility.
