Conscientious and knowledgeable
Dr. TRUONG has been my primary care provider since I moved from Florida to Warren Ohio. Previously, for 25 years I had concierge medical care which is a private physician that has an annual membership fee. This concierge service gives 24 hour access to your physician and guarantees the patient immediate in office care. This service is not available in Warren Ohio, so I reluctantly found a regular doctor. I'm delighted to report Dr Truongs office has provided me with excellent service and care... I have had several emergency situations and they have taken me straight into the office. He has followed me closely and has been very supportive of me throughout some serious health problems and surgeries working with Cleveland Clinic doctors. I'm very satisfied

He did not listen to half of what I was saying and seemed more interested in quickly giving his opinion to leave and see the next patient. Wouldn’t even face me when talking and gave very little importance to my questions without giving proper explanations. How could he know what my health issue is without hearing everything I have to say?? Seemed more like a retail store visit than a doctors visit.

Stood by my side when I had my open heart surgery, he is one compassionate doctor, obviously he saw my fear of the procedure and stayed with me through the entire ordeal. I see him as a doctor and a friend... Highly reocmmended
