My dad needs to see a specialist for his eye since Wednesday and the specialist has to have the referral from his primary doctor before they can see him. I've been calling to get a referral from Dr. Nguyen since Wednesday and today is Friday and STILL haven't gotten a hold of a person that does the referrals for Dr. Nguyen. After multiple conversations through the phone with Sr. Nguyen's office, I was told to leave a voicemail over and over again each time I called until "someone" can do the referral for us. My dad ended up needing to go to the ER due to this incident. FINALLY after expressing my frustration to Dr.Nguyen's office person, she informed me that they currently DON'T HAVE a referral person and everyone in the office just kind of tried to figure out how to do referrals. ........WHAT?!
