Dr. Vo is s an amazing Dr. And human being. I wouldn’t change my Dr. Or my favorite NP Christian Romero for anything! Their staff is always friendly and very helpful. If there is a problem with medication, paperwork or anything in general it’s fixed right away. I have no complaints about Dr. Vo. I have been going to his office for about 5 years. Christian Romero is a very kind, patient, and compassionate NP. If Dr. Vo isn’t in his office I trust my care with Venus or Christian. I have a difficult time with trust because I suffer from PTSD. I have never felt as comfortable under anyones care until I found Dr. Vo. and my favorite NP. All the staff is pretty great. Thank you for all you do for the community, patients, and staff. You are one of a kind!

I currently went to Dr. Vo Medical group on Sunday for a PCR Test . The lines were extremely long while families waited patiently . Never in my life have I experienced such a long wait to get my results back. I still haven’t received an email or call back . I cannot understand why they would accept such high volumes while their labs are backed up for three days! That is taking advantage of people while collecting specimen to bill the insurance companies. This is not about patient care but primarily for profit !!

For such a busy clinic they are organized, I have to give them that. The staff are fantastic, they will bend over backwards for you. But Dr. Vo is a creep. He is arrogant, obnoxious, and condescending. There is no physical exam, you sit in a chair and they ask questions. That's it, a computer could do their job. There really is no getting to know your medical provider, it does not happen. It is literally like having an appt with a computer.

Dr. Vo was really fast and he answered all my questions. He's a really nice doctor that you can connect with and feel like you're talking to a friend. Definitely recommend him, one of the best doctors in the valley!!

Dr Vo is a two minute doctor and what is how much time he will spend with you. Good luck to you and your health in his hands.

Dr. Vo is a great physician. I never wait longer than a half an hour to see him, usually its less than 10 minutes. I can also see anyone else in his office if hes busy. He listens to me and discusses my medical care and needs with me.

This place is a joke! “Dr.” Vo is the worst physician I’ve ever met. He lacks empathy and doesnt listen at all to a patients concerns. Didnt even bother to give me two minutes. Go elsewhere!

My husband and I were patients of Dr Strong for many years. We never waited more than 5 minutes in his office before seeing him. He was thorough. He made orders for blood work prior to coming in so you weren't billed for two office visits. Dr. Vo is the opposite. You always wait an hour to be seen. He has you come in multiple times, needlessly, to bill you for extra office visits. He is brusque and does not listen to you. He rushes you in and out without fully examining you. I just want to write this review just to bring awareness to Doctor Vo and to Doctor Strong also and current patients. My husband went to Dr Strong sometime during 2012-2013 complaining of abdominal pain, Doctor check out my husband and send him home with a prescription of 4 ibuprofen at day during a period 14 days. He went several times after that for the same reason Dr Strong/Vo never sugggested to visit a gastro Doctor. Long story short. My husband died of colon cancer this year.

Dr. Vo is great and professional and makes you, he treats you with respect and takes the time to explain your condition and makes you feel like he cares
