I was shocked at the over-confidence. I was rapidly interrogated as she took rapid notes. I expressed dismay at how she seemed to be intent on making changes for change's sake. I enjoyed a care plan I have had for years and that was verified recently by higher ranking PCPs in the same network. She told me she recommended talk therapy to everyone, which is bizarre and salesy. I declined but this never stopped. My notes were misaligned. She made me tight as a rod, I was sure she was fouling up, and the sleepy attending referred to me several times in the third person. Everything was changed back for me (whew) but the tone she set stayed in place. She said there were paranoid thoughts present (haha), but I was right about all my worries. She fouled up in every way I worried she would. I felt she made changes to validate work. The plan changes were in fact seen as wholly wrong by e.g. my urologist. Provider/practice-centered. I would not recommend for patient/person-centered practices.
