DOESN’T CARE ABOUT TREATING PATIENTS!! I was NEVER allowed to see her! My primary care physician referred me to her TWO YEARS ago. When I called for an appointment, I was told she was booked and they would put me on a waiting list. With the Covid locked down, I did expect a longer wait time. However, A couple months ago, a friend of my called as a new patient and immediately got an appointment. I called again, explained what happened and that I never received a call. I was told there wasn’t a waiting list; she was seeing new patients but is booked two months out. She would give a message to her to see if I could get in sooner. I received a call back the following week and was told she is booked 1 year out and refuses to see new patients. Does her staff know what they are doing??!!

Dr Karas has been the best diabetic doctor i have been to. I have had diabetes for over 20 years and seen a lot of doctors. My a1c has never been below 7.5 after my first appointment she switch my medicine and my next A1C was 6.9! very happy with my experience with her and she is very easy to talk to and I have never felt rushed through my time with her she listens and explains things to me in a way I understand. I feel very lucky to have found her and have her as my doctor.
