Terrible follow up. Office doesn't return calls. Have to keep calling back and leaving messages to get questions answered. A couple of times they never did call back. Other times it took over a week. This causes a lot of unnecessary stress for a parent who is already dealing with a child with a chronic illness.

Dr. Patton & her nurse Ana have been wonderful for my son Tyler!! She is very caring and listens, which most docs we have dealt with do not take the time to listen. It took a few meds, but she figured out a treatment plan/infusion and got my son into remission. Ana has always been there to answer any questions and reply within a day or so. Unfortunately, my son now is old enough and because of insurance has to transition to an adult GI doc. Dr. Patton helped us every step of the way.

Dr Patton has provided excellent care and her treatment plan is working. She is the first GI that spent her time listening to our concerns and being super sensitive to my son. I recommend her over Children's GI dept.
