Unnecessary Costly Proceedures

After 4 months I continue to pay out of pocket for unnecessary proceedures requested by this doctor up to 1k. She is rude and uncaring and punished me because I wanted to continue hormone therapy. All of my tests and proceedures came back normal and while she authorized hormones, I found a new doctor. I am filing a complaint with my insurance and AMA!

Technically proficient but lacks EQ

I went in for a routine exam and felt Dr. Pham was merely going through the motions. While she may be technically proficient, she appears to lack basic bedside manner and EQ. She quickly rattled off which vitamins are needed to support fertility and when I asked to confirm, she responded in a snippy tone. I didn't feel welcome to ask any further questions. During a follow up virtual appointment to review lab results, she did not instill confidence in me that she had experience with my fairly common condition and I felt she was reading off an online medical article. Despite this, she recommended surgery that would put off trying for a baby for 6 more months. I was distressed by this news and became tearful. Dr. Pham's reaction was indifferent. I'm glad I sought a second opinion about the surgery. Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend Dr. Pham as I've received better care from more compassionate and experienced doctors.
