Poor performer overall
In my experience, Dr. Pulcino consistently over commits; she tells you she will do things to help you but does not follow through. Although I believe she is a decent physician and means well, she has been destructive to my health and functioning due to lack of follow through. At times, she comes across as arrogant and 'know it all', denigrating the value of other health professionals' knowledge and dismissing their input. My health and overall functioning are worse, not better, as a result of her being my doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone I cared about, especially if they have disabilities or chronic health conditions. She is simply unreliable.

She is such a kind and caring person and really cares about you. I would recommend her to anyone who has had a childhood disease that they still have today. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.
