Ruined my life with no repercussions
I’ve been debating to write this review for a long time. My life has been permanently damaged from this hospital and Doctor Tiffany Willard. I was referred to her by my gastroenterologist for an ostomy surgery for severe constipation. I met Dr. Willard shortly after and discussed what she was going to do. The plan was for her to create an temporary ostomy so during that time I could get the pressure off my pelvic floor so I could make progress in pelvic floor physical therapy to get control of those muscles back. At this preop appointment Dr. Willard told me she would proceed with a colostomy and that she recommends taking part of my rectum, so that when I get reconnected it will help with constipation. I trusted what she said as a medical professional and agreed for her to do the colostomy and rectum surgery. Received colostomy surgery July 2020. I immediately started having issues with severe rectal pain and intestinal blockages. I saw her a week after surgery, she did not know why

Dr. Willard corrected previous surgeons work !!
I'm a senior and overweight 300+ and Dr. Willard went in in 2015 and laparoscopically corrected a previous surgeon's abdominal-hernia repair. It's now 2023 and her work has continued to hold with no issues. She's a great communicator, kind and with a great "bedside manner". I cannot speak more highly of her, I'm just glad she was there in my time of need. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a skilled surgeon.

Absolutely the best surgeon out there
Dr. Willard is an excellent surgeon with exceptional bed side manner. She has operated on me several times and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have and will continue to trust her with my life. She also gives back to our community in a number of ways.

Firmly state “ stay away”.
My experience with Dr. Willard has truly debilitated my life., As she stripped tissue during surgery, at will, I was left with nerve damage. Continue with pain and numbness 24/7. I am a senior and she is the most unprofessional - non empathetic Dr. I have ever encountered.

We came to know Dr. Willard through an emergency procedure and are thankful to have been paired with the very best! She has taken amazing care of my husband through multiple procedures, and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of care she gives her patients. She's truly an expert in her field!

Dr. Willard did a surgery for me last July and I now have another one with her this October. I had another surgery in between at Penrose with a different surgeon and all I can say is, I am very glad to be back with Dr.Willard. She really takes the time to understand what’s going on from your perspective. Had it not been for her detail and willingness to relieve my pain last year, I can’t imagine where I would be today. I had undiagnosed severe endometriosis and had been sick for years, but it kept getting brushed under the rug until her and Dr.Vanessa Lee believed in me. She’s a great Doctor and very straight forward. She gives you all the options and all the possible risks associated with them. I am very thankful that she listens to her patients and believes them, even when the picture isn’t exactly painted for her. She defines what a good doctor is, which a lot of them seem to have lost touch with.

D. Willard was my surgeon in 4 colon surgeries. She was meticulous, careful, and expert. Her concern for her patience is real and caring.

Dr Willard recently repaired my umbilical hernia. She was a great doctor. She made me feel very comfortable with the operation. Her office staff was very friendly. I was also impressed with the scheduling. I was able to have the operation 4 days after my consultation
