I am so thankful for Dr. Williams. I was having so much trouble walking, so she had her office work me into a full schedule and she was the first provider (after 4 others over 2 months) that took the time to do a thorough exam. She was wonderful!

Dr Williams was the first to actually address my problems I was having. She gave me pressure point injections that helped my conective tissue issue. She helped me relieve pain without using opiods to do it. Wonderful bedside manner. I will miss her immensely!!

Dr. Williams was scheduled to lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection (ESI). She "bent" 4 needles because I had a "tough covering" and was successful with her 5 attempt. Needles have a less than 8% fail rate and she had 80% failure rate. This was a fluoroscope guided procedure and the imaging is suppose to minimize her hitting the needle tip into vertebrae bone, which will "bend" needle tips. Dr. Williams has resigned her position at KUMC.

I went in for a basic cervical epidural. Ended up leaving much worse. Dr. Williams wouldn't listen to my concerns and new symptoms. She started quoting past doctors and telling me I was leaving the same as I entered and that I was normal. I lost function in my arm immediately. And am still dealing with symptoms. She didn't let me know a nerve root was actually hit during the procedure. Instead acted like I was normal
