Dr. Brown was thorough, listened to my description and repeated it back to me to make sure he understood. Appreciated that. I had another issue that he took the time to listen to as well and address. He is terrific ortho who I highly recommend.

Felt the provider was rushed; kept looking at his watch for messages. I do understand he is a surgeon; but I felt that he could have said "excuse me" when he looked at his message.
