As with others, I waited months and drove across cities to meet with Dr. Cha for about 3 minutes. He was very dismissive, had no explanations of his thought process, any tests, no further questioning about my symptoms. He very clearly had no intention of helping, just collecting money for the appointment.

NO communication skills
This doctor has no bedside manner, could barely make eye contact, mumbled his diagnosis, which was not entirely accurate. Would race out of the room when he was finished. Didn’t seem to want to entertain questions. His office staff was terrific. Too bad the same couldn’t be said for him. We have moved on to another neurologist who is the polar opposite of this doctor.

Not helpful
I went in mid-June for basically a 5-minute appointment as a NEW PATIENT. I suffer from chronic migraines and informed the Dr. that infusion treatments are what helps and he said that we do not have any infusion centers in our area. I have had migraines for years already and have tried over 8 different Rx. He said with the chronic migraines I have, he would request an injection. Well, insurance was denied as I have not tried enough prescriptions. I was called in a prescription for Rizatriptan, and when I took that medication, my vision was bad. I was told to stop Rx and go to E.R. if it happens again. The sad thing is, I feel like many Drs these days are only for the money and there is NO COMPASSION whatsoever. I've worked in the medical field for over 20 years and it's unfortunate these days how you can read about how compassionate they are in their practice... how? Any appointment that is less than 10 mins does not show compassion. I recommend that people get a 2nd opinion

Both appointments were on time and the office staff advised me to fill out paperwork before my arrival with a link via text. I received several reminders of my appointment. The doctor was to the point and professional.

I don’t recommend Dr. Cha. He didn’t seem to listen to my concerns. Treated me as if i didn’t know what I was talking about. Front staff forgot to give me paperwork when I showed up. So I sat there for over 30 min before I asked why other patients were taken back before me. Very unprofessional.

Tim Cha and his staff is incompetent and irresponsible to provide car for their patients. They do not even have decency to answer the phones while patient is suffering. Please astay away from this office and seek help elsewhere. I will make it my goal to make sure Timothy Cha is not able to hurt anyone else. I will seek every means possible to save other from his treatment. Cha should not be allowed to practice medicine and I am going to do my best to ensure of that.

Very caring
Dr. Cha is always very considerate and genuinely cares about how I am feeling, letting me describe in my own words. He doesn't push medication on me like some doctors I have been to in the past. He explains in layman's terms about symptoms that may occur in the future, and what to be on the lookout for. I recommend Dr. Cha.

Disappointed
I waited months for this appointment and then another hour + in the waiting room for a 10 minute initial appointment for him to tell me nothing new. He did not review my prior imaging studies and did not have it, as well as providing me no new options for treatment. Will not be returning (especially after driving 3 hours for this appintment)

Uninformed
Dr. Cha knew nothing about my nerve condition. His response when I told him that my condition was diagnosed by my orthopedic surgeon as Arachnoiditis was “I know nothing about that.” As a neurologist, one would assume that a nerve doctor might be somewhat cognizant of a nerve condition.9

First Visit
Doctor Cha didn't say much during the testing but he definitely was listening and seemed to be quite thorough and didn't rush. He was friendly but clinical, reserving his comments until the end. He definitely wants to find the actual cause of my ailments and not make any assumptions.

Dr. Cha is a good listener which is very important in a health care provider. The office is easily accessible and the staff are helpful and professional. Minimal wait time to see the doctor tells me the office is well run.
