Worst service I have ever experienced!!!
Dr Conrad gave me a wrong prescription in my eye exam for glasses. I already had my frames I wanted lenses put in. The lady at the front desk said she will call me the next day to let me know what choices I have in lenses and the cost. I have called the office several times explaining what the call is for (choice in lenses and cost information) their answer was the same. I’ll have to call you back! After 5 weeks and no call back I stopped in to get my glasses frames back so I can go somewhere else. I was told they are not back from lab. I told them I wanted my glasses frames back with out the prescription in them. They said they will call me when they are back from lab. It has been 7 weeks now. NO PHONE CALL or glasses. After additional calls I always get I’ll have to call you back! Do not trust this place with your vision! They will get it wrong and give you the run around!

My six-month nightmare with Dr Conrad
I saw Dr Conrad in January for a routine eye exam and ordered new glasses through his office. There was no fitting when I picked up the glasses; they were just handed to me over the counter. I did not see better with the glass so returned to Dr Conrad where he confirmed the glasses were wrong and blamed his staff for incorrectly ordering the glasses; a second pair were ordered but still didn't help me. After many trips to Dr Conrad, I tried three pairs of glasses ordered through his office. The third pair was the worst - I got a headache after trying them for just an hour. I told him I felt my prescription may be incorrect as I felt I was wearing someone else's glasses, but he did not recheck my eyes. At this point I went to another doctor who examined me and the third pair of glasses from Dr Conrad. It was confirmed that not only was Dr Conrad's prescription for me incorrect, but the eyeglasses I purchased through his office didn't match the prescription he gave me. So disappointed!

I finally went to a different physician after cataract surgery. Thank goodness I did. Dr Conrad wanted to perform yet another laser surgery on the right eye that continued to cause vision issues. New doc referring to a retina specialist. I have a epiretinal membrane edema. Laser surgery is not recommended when one has this condition. In addition, I kept saying I was not seeing well out of the left eye, but Conrad seemed to think it was fine. I have scar tissue on that eye & need laser surgery.

Dr. Conrad has been my Dr. for many years. He takes very good care of me and my family. Before coming to Dr. Conrad I had been diagnosed with Glaucoma. Since I have seen Dr. Conrad he has performed a laser on my eyes to treat my glaucoma with very good results. He has also performed cataract surgery on me with a premium lens being implanted. I see very well now. Dr. Conrad takes care of all my family. I would recommend him to anyone for their eye care needs. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very thankful for Doctor Conrad. He informed me of the importance of seeing an Ophthalmologist for the health of my eyes. I am a new diabetic and he did my diabetic eye exam. Everyone here is very friendly, the office is clean, and the Doctor took time to answer all of my questions. I am so thankful for a small office where I am remembered and where I get excellent care.
