He was rude and condescending. The “lead medical assistant “ was also rude. Our company needs to look for another occupational health provider.

I thought he was nice and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me out and listened to my concerns. The staff on the other hand weren't as pleasant. I told him I was there for a med express follow up. He left to ask the staff where my papers were. They yelled back I never told them I was there for follow up. So when he came back in I gave told him they were aware and gave him the same referral I gave them that states I was seen at med express and couldn't return to work without a visit from occupational health. The front desk staff was rude. Medical assistant was rude. But overall the doctor was great.

Dismisses your concerns. Makes you feel inferior. Spends as little time with you as possible. No bedside manner at all
