Horrible...made you and your health seem insignificant I would not call him a Dr.Doctors examine you, listen to your concerns, follow up on labs...he did not perform any of these procedures. basically only renewed prescriptions prescribed by my former Dr.before he retired

Zero stars across the board
I was a patient for 3 years and he made me feel like my symptoms were insignificant and didn’t matter. I never felt good around him and he made me feel worthless.

My husband made an appointment because of an allergy that had to be medically documented for work purposes. Dr. Burrell refused to document his allergies, even though they knew ahead of time why he was there. He didn't do any testing either. ...so, why pay for a doctor appointment when the doctor doesn't care and can't make the effort to be of any medical service. We can't recommend him and will look for a doctor who cares. Worthless, absolutely worthless.

Awful. Had to come back to the office twice over scheduling an MRI for my shoulder. Then they waited over a day with the results to let me know I need surgery. Post surgery they are refusing to help me with a bi weekly injection I have to do even though my arm will be immobilized and I won’t be able to do it myself. Guy doesn’t care and his staff is worse. I would go somewhere else.

I left a biopsy for invasive breast cancer today at Gibb's. Went straight here after as I was prescribed an RX for anxiety I was about to run out of. I was 6 pills short, w/a follow up appt the 16th, I went on the 12th. I left Gibb's and came to the Dr as I did not want to backtrack, was finally stable on RX given. BP severely elevated. Dr. came in room, I spoke 60 seconds, he handed me a paper for drug rehab. No mention of high BP. No compassion, whole visit 3 min. I've never felt so defeated.

Dr. Burrell was very friendly, accommodating to my schedule, and efficient with his work. He was able to solve a painful problem that I was having, explained what he was doing in detail, and followed up promptly with an email with additional information about the issue I had. This is excellent care that is difficult to find these days. I highly recommend Dr. Burrell.
