Repeatedly mocked our child's concerns about her health. Child was crying afterward. Have never seen a doctor with such a bizarre treatment of a kid. I was stunned. Also, caught him mocking our child's health concerns in the hallway to a member of his staff, when I was stepping out for the restroom. Just jaw-dropping behavior from a doctor, especially a pediatric specialist. We have never had a problem with a doctor before and have never complained about a doctor before. I could never recommend sending a child to see this man.

I highly recommend Dr. Casarez, his very good at what he do. Took my daughter there and he was just amazing. He was really good with her, his very patient, he take his job seriously. The first time I was there I felt welcomed in their office, staff was so nice, and so was Dr. Casarez’s sweet nurse. My second visit, was this week, I had the same service, walked in there, staff was greeted me with a smile. His amazing and so are his staffs! Best customer services EVER!
