Competent and caring radiologist
Dr. Colt inspired confidence. He explained the rationale for his diagnosis of a benign lump in my breast, and answered my questions, including an explanation of the ultrasound machine's ability to identify cysts. He established a plan for screening moving forward. I feel that he is a caring physician with good bedside manner who is direct and not prone to chitchat.

misdiagnosed/argumentative
He said he could not find the spot he needed biopsied. Became argumentative blaming me telling me to hold still. Then preformed the procedure anyway did not flow up with mammogram to insure the identification pin was in the correct area. Results came back benign. He called 6 days later to tell me I needed to come back. I did not go back to him because of my bad experience. I ended up going to another dr which confirmed that I had cancer.

Dismissive and rude
Dr did not review my medical file. I have topical allergies listed on my initial intake form that were not read. I ended up using a product I was allergic to since they did not carry a hypoallergenic one at Westminster. His response "I've never had a patient get a rash from this". I have skin allergy that have been confirmed by an allergy doctor and I have had reactions from this product in the past. More importantly I was called in for a medically unnecessary procedure. When booking my ultrasound I asked them to verify they reviewed prior images and they verified that. When I told the doctor that prior to the ultrasound his response was "Who told you that?". He then went to check my file, confirmed he did get the images but wanted an ultrasound because they did not send the notes. He then recommended a needle biopsy, which when I asked why and told him another clinic had monitored it, he asked how long ago this was done. After hearing it was 6 years ago he then changed his mind.
