Dr. Timothy Johnson, MD

I have cancer in 6 places. Dr. Johnson and his staff were knowledgeable and helpful. He treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. Allowed me to have a voice in my care. I had a previous bad experience, different facility, so I was terrified of a port placement, but he quickly and with kindness put my fears to rest. From check in to check out, my husband and I felt cared for and at ease.

I called to make an appointment and was seen the next week. He knew immediately what was going on when he examined me. I’m scheduled for a simple surgery in just a couple weeks. Entire staff was extremely efficient and friendly.

They were all amazing! Everyone at this office went above and beyond to help me and get my surgery taken care of asap. Would recommend them to everyone.

My visit was simple and Dr. Johnson didn’t hesitate to take care of my problem. He has a relaxed manner and did a great job.

My experience went exceptionally well, better than I could imagine. This was not something I would wish on someone, ( my procedure ), however, this was handled professionally and quickly, and with tact. I was put at ease, amazing.

No i DO NOT recommend this doctor! Well, my wife and I tjought that Dr. Johnson had done this kind of surgery before ( removing part of my colon and putting in a colostomy on my stomach temporarily until my colon healed) when i woke up in the hospital the stoma Timothy had gave me was dead and black. We had no idea that it was supposed to be pinkin color. When 2 of my home nurses contacted Dr. Johnson he told the nurse he wasn't concerned because I was a smoker. He didnt even bother to see me. (That was awful nice of him). My stoma was black and dead continued to rot off of my stomach . Its been a year now that ive had this bag on. He created so much scar tissue that my new surgeon (Dr. Christopher Mascarenhas) didnt know if he could put me back together again. Thanks to Dr. Timothy Johnson I almost died from the last surgery repairing his handy work. I got back in the 26th to finally have it reversed. Can you believe they are still billing me for that buther job he called a surgery?

Dr. Timothy Johnson was awesome from the very first office visit he took the diagram off the door and circled what would be removed and took his time explaining what was going to be done and I have never had a surgeon check on me everyday like Dr. Johnson! great bedside and listens to everything you have to say ! We even teased him about getting on a plane and playing golf after he did my surgery ! I had to put that in there Dr. Johnson thank you for probably saving my life !

I am so thankful for Dr. Johnson and the entire medical team on the 6th floor at Williamson Medical Center. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes time to explain and answer questions. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Dr Johnson was a God send, I had just moved to the area after having surgery 200 miles away, complications came up and Dr. Johnson was who saw me in the Emergency Room. He contacted my first surgeon and was willing to take over my case. Dr Johnson and his associates helped find out what was really going on in my case and brought me through another succesful surgery. Everyone had high praises for Dr. Johnson and I would recommend him to anyone. Many thanks to Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson had to step in at the last minute to perform an emergency colectomy on me when the surgeon who had been caring for me had to leave town. He saw me before surgery and fully explained what was going to happen, checked on me every single day I was in the hospital (even the weekend) and did not discharge me until I was fully educated on my ostomy care. Recently he performed my colostomy reversal surgery and everything went perfectly and I am recovering well and feeling good again. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson for anyone who is looking for a skilled and caring surgeon.

Dr. Johnson was very professional and thorough. Prior to surgery he gave me a detailed explanation of the procedure and answer all my questions.

Clearly explained everything I needed to know to understand my hernia operation, including using a whiteboard to draw what the problem looked like and how it is repaired. I left the appointment confident I understood the problem and more importantly that he was competent to resolve it.

Got referred to him. Went to Doctor Johnson not expecting him to get me in before the end of the year. He explained what he would be doing and how it all would be done during surgery. Thx

Dr. Johnson was very Professional and detailed in the discussion I had with him regarding my medical issue during my initial office visit. The morning of my outpatient surgery (Dec. 21st) Dr. Johnson came in and explained again the procedure that would be taking place. Also he explained again what I should expect in the next few days as I was recuperating. I was very confident that I was in good hands. The surgery went well and today (Dec. 22nd) the second day afterwards I am feeling fine and have not really had any pain going on. Thanks again to Dr. Johnson and his Surgical Team.
