If I was a new patient and encountered the girl who signs you in, I wouldn’t be returning. She has no personality, if you say something she didn’t ask you, she’ll ignore you, and when she’s done taking care of you, she’ll address the next person even though you’re still standing there. Not approachable at all. I don’t think she knows how to smile.

Dr Manown and his staff are outstanding!
Dr Manown and his staff have cared for me and my family members for over 20 years. Dr Manown is a great listener, is caring, thorough, exercises attention to detail, and has excellent diagnostic skills. He is friendly and warm, making you feel comfortable when sharing your medical problems. His staff are also friendly, caring, attentive and responsive. At one point (due to some logistic issues in my life) I thought it necessary to seek a new PCP. However, I quickly realized how valuable Dr Manown and his staff are to me. I decided to put aside logistics went running back to Dr. Manown and his staff. They are excellent!

My visits to Dr. Manown are always so pleasant. He treats you like you are family, takes his time with his patients always. So when he runs a bit late on occasion it is easily excused because he takes the time needed with you as well. He follows up on all testing results either with a letter in the mail or a phone call. He holds flu shot drive throughs during covid which is great especially for his elderly patients. His office staff is also fantastic. They always return phone calls, they complete paperwork in a very timely fasion and always have smiles on their faces. A+ Doctor and staff.

I found it a challenge to deal with his staff. As a long standing patient, I suffered a disabling spine issue. With a level of pain 10, I was confused about timed appointment, I showed up at four instead one. I also ran out of money to pay for my own health insurance at that time. So I was only a $40.00 appointment One time only! Because I was late and 40.00 I was treated horribly. Staff DENIED me as a last patient that day???. I was told I could see him in four weeks as to be the closest appointment available!!!!!!! I FIRED DR. MANOWN!! I actually just got picked up that very day with SSDI. Est appt $350.00 Since then its been horrific dealing with my painful, debilitating agonies.

Dr. Manown is an excellent physician who has made time to help me whenever I have needed it. When I see him he is always thorough and Investigates all possible causes of my symptoms. He also takes the time to explain to me whatever it is I need to know. He has called as late as 8pm when I have been ill. He is an amazing listener and always provides all the time I need. I consider myself so lucky to be under his care.
