Not professional and does not listen to his patien
I was a patient prior to my last visit with Miller. He knows that I don’t do well with injections and have issues with corticosteroids. He didn’t even come into the exam room and said he couldn’t do anything for me because of what I stated above and that I was drug seeking. He never let me talk nor did any kind of evaluation of my new pain. And because he is a specialist my insurance didn’t cover and he charged me over $300 to insult me and leave me in tears. Anytime I would tell him about an issue I had before the last visit, he would tell me I was wrong and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have 2 college degrees in the medical field, worked in healthcare for 30 years and I know what and how my body feels and reacts to certain things. Because of my knowledge…I’m a drug seeker. Shame on him. I was later referred to a neurosurgeon who performed a 2 level fusion on my cervical spine. It was the most painful surgery to date.

Excellent Pain Doctor.
I have had to have injections in my spine for disc problems over the past 10-15 years periodically and Dr. Miller is the only person to get me great relief or be honest with me letting me know it may not work. Dr. Miller has always taken time and explained what he was going to do and I always was real comfortable with his care as he is right up front letting me know about the procedure and what level he was going to do the injection at. I certainly appreciate his competency and honesty!

WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!
Where is the place to put zero stars? This doctor has zero compassion for his patients. You are shuffled back for a two minute visit in which he degrades you and makes rude comments and pretty much tells you he can’t do anymore for you and to move onto somewhere else. He has absolutely no care whether his treatments are working or not. Obviously, he needs to move on to a different specialty because this isn’t it! He basically told me that I was fat, and that one of the medication’s I was taking did not steer me to the refrigerator to over eat! I was so humiliated and hurt, and still walked out of there in pain and not just from my body this time, but my heart and mind as well. On another note, his nurse is very sweet and I don’t know how she works with him! She is the only bright spot to the appointment time.

pain in my back
He was very gentle during the shots I had down here at Jackson County Reginal Heath Center. He put my back, putting being put on my spine. I had it done twice, and he still remained very gentle. So, treatments coming up. I have done everything that was asked of me.

Horrible, pathetic Dr!
Stay as far away from him as possible! Horrible bedside manner, treats you like you’re nothing, and doesn’t care at all about you!

I had great pain relief from my epidurals. Dr Miller’s injections were virtually painless, quick and effective! There was also a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the office.

I had a consultation that was fine, supposed to come back for injection. When I showed up they had moved my appointment ahead and did not get ahold of me. He refused to see me and said it was because I was late. I even had it, that had written my time down! The office girl is not friendly. Would not recommend using them!

Rudest doctor I ever met. No bedside manner. And the hospital knows it, but refuses to discipline him. So he continues to chase patients away

He is totally worthless for pain relief. Told me one thing in the office but when I got the meds he didn't give me what he said he was and actually cut the pain meds that I had been on by over half. Called office but couldn't get thru to talk to anyone and had to leave a message-Of course NO one called me back. Now I am in more pain then before I went to him because I have to eat a bunch of Ibuprofen to get thru a day and now my stomach hurts like hell from that. I am a 62 year old woman with bad knees and bone spurs on my spine who is just looking for relief from the pain until surgery. I am not some drug seeker but am being treated as one. Very unhappy with this Doctor and would not recommend him to anyone

Zero stars! My client has stage 4 metastatic terminal cancer that causes excruciating pain on top of a 20+ year history of chronic pain. Dr. Miller, without reading the health history or examination of the one foot wide tumor area or even looking my client in the face, required a letter from another provider clearing my client for treatment. This lasted about 90 seconds. He had the letter within 1 business day, made my client wait 5 more days without treatment then offered to prescribe 1/6 of that already prescribed from primary provider, which doesn’t touch this new pain, which is why this waste of time & humiliating referral was made to start with. Worst provider ever!

Dr. Miller has administered 2 epidural cortisone injections in the herniated disc between neck vertebrae C6 and C7. Dr. Miller's technical capabilities are excellent and he is quick, precise, and to the point. Dr. Miller is executing pain management dictated by your doctor. If you are expecting to be reassured with strong bed-side manner you will be disappointed. Work with your prescribing doctor with questions, bedside manner and to be reassured. Go to Dr. Miller for the injection. He is a strong technician in a difficult field in dealing with emotional people a little raw from prolonged pain.

been getting shots for sciatica pain for many years from dr. miller. I drive 45-50 minutes each way every 3 months. his shots are the only thing that helps. many patients see him here. still he gets you out in about 30 minutes. sciatica shot in deepest joint of the body takes longest needle size and is not pleasant for couple minutes. but it's way better than my pain. thanks, doc!

Find someone else if you can if you're looking for a pain doctor. He's one of if not the worst I've ever seen and I've seen my fair share. Also I called later on because I wasn't totally sure what had happened what I was supposed to do after I got done since I was only in there for a few minutes and his nurse told me that he is terrible with everybody he's just a very very poor doctor especially for people that are in pain
