Dr Mologne , has for years treated me for several issues and the end results are always extremely positive. He meets me, treats me as a person, taking time to talk and discuss the issues and talk about the problems. Then examines me, advises the findings . Discusss treatment options and recommendations. Understands it's my decision, but know it's a joint decision to get my best results.He was and is a great Dr in each instant. Most recently, same outcome. He Treats me as a person not an object. Takes time which is truly important to me, not walk in and walk out like I'm not important .A Great man!!!

He was very good at explaining things that you could understand what he was doing. Very professional. Would highly recommend him to others.

Was considerate to my concerns and answered my questions

Dr Mologne made time to see me when I was experiencing extreme pain. He was gentle and explained what he was doing and why. I left his office with my questions answered and a plan of action.

With pain and restricted monotype in both shoulders over the last three years, Dr Molonge spent time explaining the problem and offering a therapeutic strategy while always showing high empathy. Would not consider anyone else for care of my aging shoulders. Thanks.

I had surgery on my left shoulder 6 years ago by Dr Mologne. When my right shoulder started bothering me I didn’t hesitate to go back to Dr Mologne. He is very knowledgeable and has the experience to handle any situation. Steph and Brad were top notch as well.

He was very patient and explained thouroughly what was likely wrong with my knee. He made me feel like I was his only patient, was not pushy and did not make me feel rushed.

Went for increased pain in reverse shoulder replacement site-took his time with me and went over possible reasons and solutions and was compassionate

My knee has been hurting and so Dr. Mologne gave me a cortisone shot as I was going to be traveling and didn’t want my knee pain to minimize the trip.

First visit was fine because he talke about a subject I enjoy so I was trying to develop rapport. 2nd visit was TERRIBLE. He told me I needed a knee replacement and was a little shocked. It took me a moment and he said 'well it's not like you have cancer and going to die". WHAT kind a response is that!! I was SHOCKED. I said yes, I am glad about that. He said he could do the replacement soon and I said well my family would like me to get a 2nd opinion. That is nothing personal to you. He said well that's your choice and basically got up and was leaving. I said please that is not meant personal. He again, said your choice. As he was leaving I said well were you going to give me something for the pain, you talked about 3 different shots and he said 'No'. ???? I didn't know if I was suppose to leave or if something was going in. Terrible experience. Glad I found out before surgery.

Dr Malogne has taken care of me and my family for over 2 decades. When it comes to shoulders and knees.......He is the doctor you want.

Dr. Mologne repaired a tear in my rotator cuff, a few years ago, before he was with OSI and I haven't had any issues since. I was very pleased with the entire process. Dr. Mologne is an amazing surgeon and I'm glad I found him again!

Dr Malogne is easy to talk with and he listen to you. He is gentle with his procedures and he is very knowledgeable in his specialty. I highly recommend him. Our family has been going to him for many years.
