FFX Colon & Rectal Surgery have been a lifesaver!! They are not only the best at what they do (thank goodness) but they are kind, compassionate and very professional. They take the time needed to understand the issues and act immediately to solve them. Dr. Plerhoples and his team are amazing.

Dr. Plerhoples performed a sigmoid partial resection last November. Very good in explaining the procedure in very simple terms, making me feel comfortable during a very crazy time in my life. Follow up after surgery was great, and no complications. Surgery was robotic.

I always felt that I have a high tolerance for pain but not after today's in-office procedure. The pain was through the roof and I think I may have passed out for a short time. It took me some time to recover as I was dizzy. I walked to his desk for the consult and he commented on how pale I was. I feel that he should have described what he was doing more and let me know beforehand when it would be painful. On the positive side, he answered all my questions and he and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

Beside that when I got their today somehow they lost my appointment but after an hour I got to as my doctor he is great he did my surgery a month ago everything went great

I have seen Dr. Plerhoples several times, once for a fissure, twice for a thrombosed external hemorrhoid. Dr. Plerhoples is very professional, practical and makes an unpleasant situation bearable. After having had a colostomy for nearly 4 years , and after the second time that the stoma had herniated, I decided on a colostomy reversal. (Both the original surgery and the first revision surgery were performed out of state.) Working with Dr. Plerhoples was easy. He explained possible complications and addressed ways in which they could be addressed. I explained what my preferences were, and he respected them. The reversal surgery was successful.
