Dr Robinson is the best extremely knowledgeable and helpful really cares for his patients , the front desk staff need to be retrained on phone etiquette and to treat patients like we are not imposing on them

Best Doctor
Dr. Robinson is one of the most authentic and caring providers that I have met. I've been with him for about 15 years through his old office (which was a bit in shambles) to his new much, much improved and updated admissions office. Always grateful for his insights.

I can not express enough the unprofessionalism and poor bedside manner of the staff and PCP. Was a patient for a long time and didn’t want to go thru the process of switching PCP, finally had enough when it took almost a week to get him to see me and fill out a physical form for work, also wanted a visit for a bad allergic reaction and all I got was a zoom call at 4pm. After two hrs no zoom call and no courtesy notification of his absence. He then or “his staff” Angela the office manager, one heck of a nasty person I may add, told me flat out “his not going to have time to see you today” they scheduled me for the next day. This isn’t only unacceptable but, unprofessional and a shame. We should all come together and complain about his behavior. Ps. We were patients of his since he had that basement apartment office, I guess now that he has an office building, his a hotshot.

Excellent Caring Doctor
We have been with Dr. Robinson for years. He is smart, personable and compassionate. He is well known and respected by just about every other specialist we have encountered over the past decade or more. His office is always busy because he is so popular, but he is the best.

Dr. Robinson is the best primary care doctor with whom I have ever treated. He is a brilliant clinician and diagnostician who is able to see things that many similarly situated to him cannot see. He is extremely kind, precise, not condescending at all, and he's a true New Yorker. I trust him unequivocally with my health. His office is always available and he has the courage to take on COVID-19 patients.

Actually i never had a visit.I called and was told to get blood work and urine sample. I went on a Friday. I called lab wed Feb 17 2021 i was told they sent results to Dr Robinson, and i was sent results. I then called Dr Robinson's office and was on hold 18 min after being told hold on she'll ask the doctor. I called back after 18 min and was told with zero remorse or an apology Dr Robinson will get back to you by 7 pm with results. No call on Wed. same routine on Thursday. called and was told Dr will get back to you by 8. Friday i left a message with no call back. Today Monday Feb 22 and still no call back. I call office for 5th time to be told my results are on line, go read them . I have never experienced anything like this in the medical field. No accountability- No remorse- I was told on Monday after 5 calls i made trying to find out my results that i am rude. Needless to say took blood test Feb 12 and today Feb 22 havent got a call back. This is not the first this has happened

Dr. Robinson is a good doctor if you ever get a chance to see him. The office is run so poorly. Angela the office manager is very rude and nasty and the receptionists NEVER pick up the phones when you call. The wait time in the office is horrendous. You can wait up to 3 weeks before you get your blood tests results back. Horrible office

We have been using Dr. Robinson for years. He spends lots of time with the patients and is a very good at listening and explaining medical issues. He is a good doctor linked to a good hospital and a good guy as is his medical staff. But, he needs more help for and from his support staff and another MD, DO or PA or two to see all the people who see him because they like him. There is always a long wait and it is almost impossible to reach them by phone. He needs someone to just answer the phones.

One of the worst wait times. Take you two hours or more to see a doctor. Might as well find a more efficient PCP who knows how to manage patients.

Awful, time and again. The staff is rude and inattentive, no attempt at customer service. After years of frustration with this unprofessional practice, I will be finding another PCP.

Dr. Robinson is the best doctor that a patient could have. He is always busy, but when it's your turn to see him he takes his time and is very thorough. He takes time to get to know his patients. He is located about 35-40 from me but I wouldn't trade him for nothing in the world.

He is a great Dr but his staff is very unprofessional. You will wait 2 hrs or more and they take do not keep your appointments snd will take people ahead of other people for favoritism. The office also will mother respond to other Dr calls when a dr office calls them. They leave them on hold forever. The office also does not apply refferal to other offices when they are suppose too. The front desk is also very quick to take your money with mo bed side manner. But Dr robinson is good..
