Dr. Timothy Slaven, DO

Dr Slaven has been my cardiologist since 2019. I find him to be compassionate, professional, proactive, and caring. He and his staff are amazing and I’m fortunate to have him in my corner.

Horrible honestly horrible doesn’t know what he’s doing

Dr. Slaven is attentive, compassionate, understanding. He's patient, listens to what you have to say, and offers help with resources if a problem is not his area of expertise. I would--and have, many times--refer people to Dr. Slaven. I've seen many cardiologists. As a woman, they never took me seriously. But I had hereditary heart problems, and finally, a doctor who believed me when I said there was something wrong. And there was. He did the tests that he needed to do to find out what was going on, and took proper action. I've been a patient of Dr. Slaven's for many years, I am among his first patients upon his arrival at AtlantiCare. My father is also his patient, and if I trust my father with him, that tells you all you need to know. He will remain our doctor until he retires!

Dr. Slaven and his staff have been wonderful at treating and working with my mom. He is extremely patient and expains everything thoroughly to me since she cannot care for herself any longer. I would highly recommend him for care.

Disgraceful experience for a simple and vital prescription renewal. Both pharmacy and patient were not responded to or followed up with until the third outreach.

Dr Slaven and his staff are wonderful. Dr Slaven knows his stuff and has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. On top of that he is kind, compassionate, and genuinely interested in his patients, and sees the whole picture, not just zeroing in on "his area" to the neglect of the whole person. He has gone above and beyond to help more than once. His staff, Kristin, Erin, Nancy, display the same qualities. He is everything a man of medicine should be.
