Not been in too long

First of all, I wasn't going to go to a dentist in Dodge City. I drive through all the time but now, I cannot say enough about this place. I had a tooth busted out when I was 13. I saw all kinds of dentists from then until now and they were all pretty much oh you need this, that, it won't match, it'll be a zillion dollars... this guy fixed my smile in four appointments and it is so awesome. The tooth looks so natural I forget which one it is. I smile 200% of the time now.

I had a broken tooth and the dentist I had been using couldn't get me in. Somebody in my office said they went to Dr Smith in Dodge City so I called and they were able to get me in right off. After I got back to office next day, I found out that a bunch of people at my office use him so I guess I was out of the loop. My dad went to see him because of me and he really liked him. My dad hates dentists so there ya go.

I had a bad infection because my mouth was pretty bad. Nobody never told me how to take care of my teeth or even know certain stuff. Doctor Smith treated me like I was somebody. I have not got everything finished with him yet but him & his staff cares and my mouth is so much better. He also worked with me to find a way to cover what my insurance wouldn't and nobody was doing that. He gets an A+ from me.

This is the best dentist I have been to in my life. He took the time to listen to me and didn't waste my time with options that are out of my league. Thanks to Dr Smith and his staff, my teeth are cleaned, filled, fixed and pretty for the first time in a long time. I won't be going anywhere else as long as he's around. Thank you again Dr Smith!

I have been having tooth pain for years and no doctor nor dentist was able to find the problem. Dr. Smith found it immediately. He is an extremely caring man. I had an abscess that had eaten away a lot of bone and he did everything he could to take care of the abscess in the first visit. He did not make me clean my teeth prior and then come back as other dentist in the area do. He went straight after the problem and was extremely concerned about my well-being the entire time.

From my experience, Dr Smith truly cares about his patients. My wife and my daughter see him as well. He is honest about what you need and how he can help you. Every time I have been to his office he seems very busy but takes the time out to see me and he doesn't BS me about what I need. I was really afraid of dentists before I started coming to him. The front desk seems like they are understaffed and aren't as great as he is but they are nice.

Had appointment at 10:30, gt there at 10:10, spent all day wasting time try n 2 meet their rules to get on a payment plan. They were rude and unconcerned. The nurses and dentist was nice and done their job, but the front desk need to get it together!
