Absolutely the worst group of administration staff I’ve ever come across. Booked an appointment and tried to provide insurance details to verify cover. Waited 6 weeks to attend and once I arrived I was turned away as they said they didn’t accept my insurance despite my insurers listed them in network. Found both their telephone manner and their in person service abrupt, disrespectful and totally incompetent. I will never return despite the assumed quality of the doctors, that I couldn’t t see, and will never recommend them. Go elsewhere to find a helpful, competent practice!!

Really like Dr. Tang. Very nice and approachable. Everytime I've seen him he has given me little nuggets of info about my my health or what is going on with the health industry that relates to my past or current health condition. Saw him several times during pandemic. Very professional. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

this doctor is very rude and does not care about his patients. he is a Money Motivated doctor and his bedside manner is not good. He refused my cholesterol refill at the end of the year and I've gone without it for a month now while waiting on a new doctor! He knows strokes run in my family. Does not return calls. Stay clear! Too many GOOD doctors out there that DO care about their patients!

This Doctor is rude and so is staff. My mother and I had an appointment with him he never has time to explain you are just another patient that makes him money. He does not care about your wellness ,and staff are rude unorganized and very unprofessional. start looking for another doctor, don't recommend him at all to no one!

He's Been my doctor for about 2 years. I had to relocate for a job and needed another acne prescription refill until I saw my new doctor the following month and he wouldn't give it to me. My face broke out for an entire month because he wouldn't give me 1 refill on ACNE meds. His staff is rude and they don't call you back like they say they will. Also if you try to make a Saturday appointment they tell you just to walk in. Every Saturday I tried they closed the office with no notice
