Dr. Timothy Treece, MD

I paid $11,000 for a rhinoplasty. The main thing I wanted was definition in the tip of my nose, which I expressed. My nose fully healed now looks pretty much the same and I have absolutely no definition in the tip of my nose. I feel cheated out of my money.

Many of these reviews tout Dr Treece's great level of compassion & ability to listen. Admittedly, I too was drawn in by these traits. I was also told that my results would be "very subtle". But this was definitely not my experience. What should've been a fairly minor procedure - tightening up my jawline, and smoothing out my lower cheeks with a slight lift instead ended with a very bloated lower face hiding my otherwise attractive cheekbones, and a new, very unwanted set of malar bags below my eyes. If you don't know what this is, look it up - you'll see it's the last thing you want to "gain" from plastic surgery. I had, in fact, gotten a 2nd opinion prior to my surgery and was advised that, for the results I sought, I really only needed Facetite, a much lesser (& far less expensive) procedure. Dr. Treece dismissed this, convinced me MACS was needed and assured me of fine-tuning afterwards. Then he stalled a year, finally said he couldn't help me and refused further treatment.

I can only speak to my experience. Had cheek and chin implants with Dr. Timothy Treece. I asked specifically for a very subtle change and he put in XL medpor implants which protruded from my face and very visible. The chin implant was so big the intraoral incision ripped open leaving me with an exposed implant. After the chin implant was removed, I was left with lower lip ptosis, numbness and mangled gums which prevented me from speaking and eating normally. In addition, during the removal of the large check implants my soft tissue was damaged so I can no long smile. I am truly traumatized.

Dr. Treece botched me 2 years ago. Had no concern that new areolas look like a straight edge to the side of one and a bite out of other. Shrugged off the dog ear flaps of skin he created. No concern that I was given too much anesthesia. Was under/unable to breathe on my own for 4 hours longer. Almost moved to hospital but I came out and was hurried out the door without pain killers. Given wrong compression garments resulting in loose skin he said he would happily operate on. Charged extra 10K+.

Surgery scheduled for 8 am. Started at 1. Put under at 8. To much anesthetic and stopped breathing in recovery. Very bad care.

Dr. Treece has a great staff, wonderful bedside manner, and was available by text or phone after surgery to answer any questions or address concerns that I had - it's amazing to have that level of service from a surgeon. Two months ago I had a MACS lift, submental lipsosuction and cosmetic fat injections in the cheeks done by Dr. Timothy Treece. I had been unhappy with the prominence of the smile lines around my mouth as well as a droopy neck for quite awhile and decided to do something about it. My main objective was to look refreshed and less drawn. I am delighted with the results! I look more rested and the neck droop is eliminated. The smile lines are better too. I highly recommend Dr. Treece and his staff.

The staff and Dr. Treece were wonderful, attentive, and answered all of my questions.
