I recently underwent parathyroidectomy surgery with Dr. Timothy Ullmann.He is as good as everyone says he is! From the initial consultation to post-surgery care, Dr. Ullmann and his team were nothing short of AMAZING. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure and addressed all my concerns. The surgery itself was a success, and the recovery process went smoothly & quickly. The results have far exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with my improved health.Dr. Ullmann is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but a kind, compassionate person who is dedicated to his patients. I felt supported and cared for as if a family member were taking care of me. I am so grateful to have found such an outstanding Dr. and human being!

Dr Ullman and his entire “team” at Albany Medical Center are professional and patient. I had a successful Adrenalectomy in August ‘23, with no complications. The team explained the procedure every step of the way displaying competence and confidence.

Amazing surgeon from start to finish. I had a thyroid biopsy done by Dr. Ullmann in which it was found that I had papillary thyroid cancer. He called me immediately upon receiving the results of the biopsy and scheduled an appointment a few days later to discuss options. At that appointment, he made me feel very comfortable and after I decided to have surgery to remove the thyroid he explained everything in detail. I left there feeling very comfortable with my decision to have the surgery and have him perform the surgery. The surgery and recovery went so smooth I couldn't even believe it. Dr. Ullmann's bedside manner is the best I have ever encountered. He explains everything in great detail. If you find yourself in the unenviable position of needing a surgeon, look no further. I would highly recommend Dr. Ullmann. I thank God that Dr. Ullmann was put in my path to help me in this journey to being cancer-free.

Dr. Ullmann took extra time on an appointment and performed a biopsy that day. He explained everything in detail and scheduled my surgery fast. The doctor and the surgical team were excellent. Very professional, taking time to explain the procedure, and home care after surgery. I felt comfortable, and confident in their care. The scar from the surgery is very small and hardly noticeable. I would definitely recommend him and his surgical team.
