Physician and staff are the best
Dr. George is attentive, thorough, kind, and patient. She remembers things I forget to ask. When I ask a question, she takes the time to answer. She has clearly reviewed my file and knows the results of tests ordered by other physicians. She is clearly the best PCP I have ever had the privilege to know.

Staff is very very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed because Dr George was highly recommended. I’ve been giving this a chance but seeking care elsewhere. I won’t go into much detail. Horrible experience and I’m in healthcare.

I love Dr. George. She literally, not being dramatic, saved my husband's life. I find her kind, patient, thorough, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone and I would and have entrust(ed) her with my family.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. George. Very informative and professional. Takes time to speak with patients about any concerns and is always willing to help where she can. If it is out of her scope of practice she will refer you out. Patients best interests always come first with her.

While I agree that the phone tag issue is annoying (It is annoying with a lot of offices these days!), her knowledge, understanding, and honesty are worth the annoyance. All decisions and treatments have been informed, collaborative and explained. I would recommend her without question.

Dr. George knows her patient’s medical and personal situation, makes time to review all pertinent health issues, explains options clearly, and answers all questions. She is concerned about both the patient and the patient’s health.

Dr. George was referred to me and I regret seeing her. I've recently had family members diagnosed with a thyroid condition and brought my concerns to Dr. George. She was very dismissive of my health concerns. She told me if I've had "symptoms" for the past 10 years and no other doctor could properly diagnose then I probably didn't have an underlying issue. She advised I should look into crossfit as a solution to my "symptoms" instead of offering medical advice. Never again.

Always have had a good experience with Dr George whenever I or a family member are ill. Knowledgeable and non-judgmental - she is a much welcomed physician in the area and a wealth of knowledge.

I brought my daughter to Dr. George a number of times and thought initially from her credentials as having gone to Harvard that I selected a great doctor. How wrong I was!! It seems it was Harvard Dental School. How does that qualify her to be a PCP? I agree with other reviews that she was very dismissive of both my daughter and myself, acting like she needed to get rid of us. It wasn't until we changed doctors that we were both listened to and had my daughter's medical issues addressed.

Staff does not answer phones and doesn't return calls in a timely manner. Doctor ordered a very expensive unnecessary test without my permission or knowledge and refuses to discuss the matter with me or even to return my call. I would not recommend this doctor. Staff is rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me when I was trying to discuss the above manner. Staff is also not at all friendly in person. Go somewhere else. I will be filing a complain against Dr. George with the state board.

We were told by the Dr that she doesn’t ‘believe’ in the chronic condition that my husband suffers from. On a recent visit, while telling her about episodes that he had which seemed to be absence or petit mal seizures, she said it was anxiety and panic. She would make a neurologist appointment if we wanted further testing. Since then (about two weeks have passed) we heard from an office for pain management (NOT neurology) and nothing from a neurologist’s office. No urgency. Very dismissive.

I had visited Dr. George a number of times, complaining about joint pain. She told me it was "gas in my joints." After giving me referrals to a Rheumatologist and a Cardiologist for my heart condition, it wasn't Dr. George who set up an echocardiogram so the report would be ready for the Cardiologist to review. It was the Rheumatologist who set this up! Unless you tell Dr. George what is wrong AND WHAT YOU NEED DONE, she doesn't take the initiative. I have since changed doctors!

Dr. George was very highly recommended to me by a friend; I had my first visit with her today and it was a very good experience. Her staff is friendly, and I was seen promptly. I prefer a younger doctor like Dr. George, and her credentials are impressive, but more importantly, she's attentive and sensitive. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or talked down to, and I'd feel comfortable discussing more in-depth medical issues with her in the future if necessary.

I HAVE BEEN TO DR GEORGE APPROXIMATELY 10 TIMES. SOME OF THE OFFICE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHILE OTHERS ARE DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND -QUITE FRANKLY- NASTY. I DO NOT FEEL THAT DR GEORGE TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ALL CONCERNS AND SEEMS TO GET ANNOYED IF YOU HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS. SHE ALSO SEEMS DISMISSIVE AND I HAVE LEFT THERE WITH NO ANSWERS. I FINALLY SWITCHED DOCTORS AND HEALTH ISSUES THAT WERE DISMISSED BY DR GEORGE WERE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN SERIOUS BY MY CURRENT DOCTOR AND SPECIALIST

I would absolutely not recommend Dr. George. After 3 annual visits, I distinctly got the impression that she not only did not listen to me, but she had a preconceived impression of me when I told her my concerns. After changing my PCP, I found out how serious my heart condition was and that I also had a genetic disorder which caused my persistent pain. Dr. George was very dismissive of me. Also, I got tired of playing "phone tag" in trying to reach someone at their office.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff is exceptionally rude and very unhelpful. It seems that they try harder to get out of doing their work rather than just doing it. Every time my wife leaves the office she is in tears feeling been mistreated. The receptionist should not be dealing with people at all they can definitely use a class in people skills. The reason I am writing this review is that someone will see it and make some changes.
