Dr. Tina Khaleghi, MD

We had a few visits that were fine with my first child. But with my second, I scheduled a sick visit for my 5 week old baby. 1) Dr Khaleghi very condescendingly explained that he had an elevated body temp NOT a fever 2) she told me it was caused by him being too warmly dressed or the room being too hot even after I told her that he had been only wearing a diaper all night & the room was chilly 3) she insisted he was having gas caused by my dairy in my diet & didn’t listen as I tried to explain I had been tracking my diet already. She snapped at me that I should just go to the ER if I didn’t think she was being helpful. So we did! At the ER we actually got the help we needed! I was struggling with PPD & this visit was Dr Khaleghi was a set back in my mental health.

Dr. Khaleghi will go above and beyond to resolve any medical problem. She takes the time to explain issues in a way parents who don't have any medical experience will understand. She is always so postive with the most caring attitude. She will literally bend over backwards to ensure you leave with answers needed. She has been our children's doctor for over 5+ years and is the only one I will trust in care.

My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Khaleghi, and not just for the awesome stickers she gets at the end of her appointment. She is always so happy and chipper to see us and is extremely knowledgeable. She is prompt with her appointment times and even if she is running a few mins behind (which is rarely in my experience) she will come in and let you know. Doesn’t just leave you guessing when the doctor is coming in. She is also very responsive when I send her messages through the patient portal.

Dr Tina Khaleghi is amazing! She is what every pediatrician should aspire to be. Dr Khaleghi has been caring for our children (ages 5 & 2) for their whole lives. I am so thankful we chose her as our pediatrician because I felt it was one of the most important choices I had to make for my children. Having her guiding the health and care of our most precious two humans is what every mother could hope for. I completely trust her..she has earned it over the years . She is warm, caring, knowledgeable, and always remembers everything about my kids and our family. Dr Khaleghi will take time to hear our concerns and all answer our questions; she is proactive but not an alarmist . We are never rushed and always feel like a priority. She is wonderful, and I recommend her to everyone I know ..and they love her too! And bonus- She is a momma too!

We had a great visit. Dr. Khaleghi values our time which is very important to us. She listened to any concerns I had and included my son in his visit. Will definitely see her again if our PCP is unavailable.

We have seen Dr. Khaleghi since she stared with Meritas. I love the care that she provides my children and how she involves them in their care. My kids are able to be honest with Dr. Khaleghi an are comfortable sharing with her. Dr. Khaleghi is responsive when I reach out to her and is flexible when my children need to be seen. I additionally appreciate that Dr. Khaleghi runs an efficient clinic, and that if I am in the office to see her that I will not be there for hours waiting for the physician to come in. I appreciate Dr. Khaleghi. She is the reason we go to Meritas Pediatrics.

Always a pleasant and informative visit, I really trust her and feel comfortable with the care Dr. Khaleghi provides everytime to all 4 of my kids ages 5-12!!

Dr. Khaleghi has seen both of my children (2.5 years and 9 months). With each exam, she is diligent and kind. She explains what she is doing and why. Thank you, Dr. Khaleghi!

We have been seeing Dr. Khaleghi for 2 years now (since my daughter was born) and my daughter and I both LOVE her! She always takes her time to explain things and is so gentle when examining my 2 year old. When anyone asks, I always recommend Dr. Khaleghi!

We met her two times so far, she’s super nice and takes really good care of our baby boy Landon!!! She always tells us straight what we should do when we meet baby health problems!!!

We love Dr. Khaleghi! My daughters adore her, she always makes them feel comfortable. She has done wonders for us and our daughter with her anxiety and ADHD. She’s gone out of her way to make sure my daughters get the best care. She is definitely a one of kind!

Dr. Khalegi sees our infant son. She is absolutely fantastic. Always friendly, very knowledgeable, and spends as much time with us as needed to answer our questions. We never feel like she is trying to rush through the appointment. We are new parents, and she is very encouraging, always reassuring us that we are doing a great job. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician for a child of any age.
