A new patient of Dr. Petok. She actually read my patient paperwork and listened to all my concerns. I felt like a person, not just a patient. She is very knowledgeable about women's health.

They seems too concerned about the transfusion paperwork. I checked NO for blood transfusion because I’m not having surgery. The ladies in the office scorned me that she’s a very good Dr and has been practicing a long time, right as she passed thru and gave me an over the shoulder look. So I felt it was slightly unprofessional and very awkward since this was my first visit

I have been a patient of Dr Petok's for 28 years. She first helped me through a miscarriage and was so very compassionate. She then delivered both of my sons and has taken care of me all the way through menopause, including a few surgeries. She has always listened seriously to my concerns, answered my questions, spent needed time with me. The staff is terrific, although now they see me only about once a year for my annual they always treat me well and remember me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Petok is very thorough. She takes time listening to her patient's specific concerns. In addition, her staff are very courteous and helpful. She's been my doctor for 15 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Petok and University Women's Center for 15 years. I have always received excellent care including annual visits and a couple minor procedures. Dr. Petok is very knowledgeable, takes time to listen to any problems or concerns and has provided options for the course of action to take. She always conducts herself in a very professional manner. The office staff is friendly and efficient.

I went to see her because she does Bio-identical Hormone replacement therapy. I have menopausal symptoms She is also a surgeon, which I have no need for because I had a total hysterectomy & have no parts! Because I didn't check that I accept blood transfusions, she refused to treat me! I have absolutely NO NEED FOR SURGERY because I have no parts! Obviously she doesn't have the confidence in herself & NEEDS that form. I wouldn't let her near me with a knife! Didn't have decency to talk 2 me
