Though a stoic man, Dr. Nguyen took the time to hear all my concerns. He didn’t seem passive when i brought about some pain i’ve had in the past and pass it off rather took some time to ask more in depth questions to see if i need to see a specialist or get imaging done !

Thorough but somewhat cold doctor
Dr. Nguyen is reliable and thorough. He offers adequate time to be with patients. However, on two occasions I found his manner to be somewhat cold and uncaring. At my last appointment, he did not offer a genuine greeting and his closing was a curt, eye-contact-less 'Feel better.' Moreover, at the end of my last visit - which I had arranged to address an urgent and painful medical issue - he did not provide an outline of what comes next. I had to articulate next steps as I had assumed them to be given other things he had said throughout my visit. He did not provide them.
