From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped back off this was a first class experience. Had adrenal tumor removed. Diabetes gone, went from 4 blood pressure meds to one. Had surgery June 24, 2024 and am still going thru the hydrocortisone taper, whichis not a piece of cake but overall never experienced healthcare like this.

Quite simply the best health care experience I have ever had. Dr. Carling is clearly the preeminent expert in this type of medicine. He has an equally amazing bedside manner and empathy. Meredith is also exceptional in her care. I am so fortunate to have these amazing experts in my backyard. Fully endorse this practice.

Dr Carling and the entire staff are the kindest, most supportive and dedicated professionals I have ever met!I have apparently had this disease for over 14 years and have been treated by more doctors than I can count. Every doctors appointment lead to a new diagnosis and new treatments, medication and diagnosis. After sending my medical records I was contacted by his staff and had an appointment by phone with him in two days! Surgery was scheduled with two weeks and I was healed almost immediately after the surgery. I’m now only 12 days post surgery. I had very mild pain which was much less than I had been living with for years. I am 66 years old and live in North Carolina. I live in Alaska and had been experiencing various symptoms over several years, including a gradually increasing blood pressure. I had assumed I was 'just getting old'. I'm only 73! I was diagnosed with adrenal adenomas . Something that I never heard of before. The doctors told me that I would have to have both my adrenals removed and would have to take hormone replacement for the rest of my life. I have been dealing with my doctor for a year trying to figure out why my cortisol levels were so high. My doctor referred me to Dr. Carling and within a few weeks I had my consultation and 2 weeks later I had surgery to remove a benign tumor on my left adrenal gland. All of the staff, nurses, and doctors on Dr. Carling's team were amazing: kind, patient, knowledgable, and compassionate. Dr. Carling was top notch and I appreciated his knowledge, directness, and experience in our consultation and his attention to detail on the day of surgery. He was patient to answer all of my questions before and after surgery and was able to completely remove my adrenal tumor in less than half an hour of surgery. I am now 2 weeks post-op and healing really well. Meredith has been easy to get in touch with when had questions after being discharged. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carling and his entire crew. It was worth the 10 hour drive to see him and have him perform my surgery. I have no doubt that recovery would have been much more difficult if I had seen the recommended surgeon closer to me, who had less experience in adrenal surgery.

I have been a colorectal surgeon in Palm Beach for 40 years. At first I was fearful being a patient instead of being the surgeon. From the moment I met Dr. Carling, my fears were alloyed and I knew I was in the right place with the right surgeon. I no longer feared going into the operating room. I had 100% trust in Dr Carling and the Endocrine Center. The treatment I got was remarkable for competence, care, and humanity. I felt like a VIP as I am sure every patient with Dr. Carling feels that way. I had multiple problems which were handled with such smoothness. On Tuesday I had an adrenalectomy and on Wednesday I had a thyroidectomy. I was discharged from the Center that same Wednesday and was home to start my recovery that Thursday. Truly remarkable. The nursing staff was wonderful and dedicated to providing wonderful patient care. They enjoyed working there and would do anything and everything necessary. I have gotten multiple calls to see how I was doing. They care!!
