Great with my whole family
Dr crow sees my daughter, son, mother and myself. I have been a patient of his for over 2 years. He took my concerns about my mom seriously and immediately ordered testing and a referral. He took time to listen to my son and give advice to him on ways for him to improve his mental and physical health. He also listens to my concerns about myself and has done thorough exams and immediately sent me for further testing when needed. I guess I'm confused by all the negative reviews. He is a doctor with many patients and I personally feel he does a great job. The past couple years have been especially stressful for everyone... particularly those in healthcare. So far he hasn't disappointed me

Horrible
Talks down to you. Acts like he is better than you doesn't give clear medical instructions, nurses rude. Doesn't ask questions just assumes he already knows everything and comes across as a judgemental piece of use your imagination. Worst visit DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON!

He is our family doctor, and he is awesome with my nonverbal 6 year old. Even takes personal time to call me when I have questions. He also found my grandmothers lung cancer and essentially saved her life! I am a caregiver to them both and he always takes his time and really helps you to figure out what’s going on!

Dr Crow is a good doctor, but his billing clerks either do not know how or don't care about Medicare billing. Their mistakes in coding the billing to Medicare cost us a lot of money. I couldn't afford to go to a doctor whose billing clerk's won't comply with Medicare regulations.

my mother was forced to become a patient of Dr. Crows when her initial doctor retired, He doesnt talk or address concerns. He then talks down to you the whole time you are there, His nurses are rude and condescending as well. We are looking for a new doctor.

We needed a new primary care doctor to help with my husband's overall health after a heart attack and stroke. Dr. Crow explains things to both of us, listens to our concerns, answers our questions and is courteous.

My husband went in today to have his finger looked at. They told him he needs a splint for 6 weeks. He brought up another medical question and was told by Dr. Crow he didnt have time to answer him he would have to come back and schedule another appointment . My husband then asked him to look at his thumb and the nurse replied, "we will just stick to the finger today" and dismissed him!! Absolutely laughable patient "care". We will not be back nor would we ever recommend Dr. Crow or his staff to

Very frustrating that Dr. Crow will stop filling your prescriptions because he wants to see you for an appointment but his he nor his office will call you to tell you he wants to see you. He leaves this message with the pharmacy and if they don't tell you then you just keep calling trying to get your prescription filled with no luck. The communication level is terrible. It would be nice if he wanted to see me that his office call me and let me know.

I scheduled an appointment to get established as a new patient. He didn't ask me any questions. I started telling him some issues I was having and had in the past and wasn't finished when he grabbed his computer and started to walk out of the room to go to the next patient. He didn't even ask if there was anything else or if I had any other medical conditions. He types while you are talking and doesn't really listen to what you are saying. He was only in the room for 10 mins.

Worst experience in 50 years of visits to doctors! Wants you to call and remind him to read your blood work 3 days later, I was told this was their standard procedure. WOW! Don't go if you haven't scheduled half day, your time is obviously not as valuable as his!

I agree with all the other comments. I only visited once and that was enough for me. He was actually searching the internet on his phone while I was in the room. Asked several questions and never got answers since he was more interested in what was going on with his phone. My visit was over a year ago and things could have changed, but I'll never go back to find out.

I cant help but think how many people are accepting substandard care by this Dr. Crow. How do we hold these professionals accountable for doing their job properly and at a high standard as their degrees would indicate? REVIEWS!!! I vow to read every review before hiring another doctor, Dr. Crows lack of awareness and blatant disregard for his patients is what leads to horrible medical accidents.

He makes you feel uncomfortable when you ask him questions. Treats you like you're stupid, and is rude. I've went to him about 5 times for me and my son and he has actually helped us once. It's hard to believe Dr. Hunter trained him, obviously he didn't learn much about reacting to patients. If you can get in to see Dr. Hunter or Dr. Silas I strongly recommend them.

He spends most of his time on the computer, like he had no idea what he's doing. No real good bedside manner either. Very willing to put you on whatever medication the latest sales rep bought lunch for him. Felt the whole time he had no idea what to say. Very judgemental as well
