Dr. Todd Eisner, MD

Karen Nelson the office manager is the reason I would advise that no patient should ever go to this practice! I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy and for two weeks I called and left her messages and she never got back to me. They gave me medicine that caused me to get sicker and she refused to allow me to speak to Dr. Eisner! He may be a good doctor but several of his office staff are rude and unprofessional. Karen Nelson hung up on me and told me to find a new doctor. I’ve never been treated this way by any doctors office. Do not go here!!!!!

I had an urgent health scare with horrific food poisoning. Dr Eisner’s team took me in right away. I had no wait time. I was seen by his incredible nurse practitioner Shelley within minutes of arriving and they ordered the testing and labs I needed all within 45min. It was the most calm, efficient and caring experience I’ve had in a doctor office in ages. I feel so grateful to be taken care of so well.

Had seen 3 GI doctors in the past few years and not one spent the time listening and examining me as Dr. Eisner did. After 3 weeks my stomach and GI tract has felt the best as it has in 25 years. His nurse Nancy was is the kindest nurse I know.. always returning my calls with info fro, Dr. Eisner. Wouldn't see anyone else.

Staff is very friend and the doctor takes his time and cares. Thank you

Mediocare Dr. He thinks he is great but he is average at best. Terrible communicator and least compassionate Dr I've met. I hear that he specializes in helping lawyers sue doctors. How low can a human go for $$

Physician heal thyself! Pity that medical school doesn't require graduates to have empathy and compassion. I sure didn't find it at this office.

The office staff is unprofessional, do not return calls or confirm appoints. I left him as my doctor after 10 years due to the incompetency of his staff, it is not worth the aggravation.

Spend 9 hours waiting 6. No instruction prior to prep 7. Doctor explained nothing, said two words to me before the study and none after 8. he left before i woke from anesthesia and explained nothing about my positive result 9. WORSE doctor i have EVER BEEN TO

Terrible Nick me in colonoscopy and bled for entire night in hospital He said it happens!!! Would never go back to him

Best GI in town. He took care of my problem when GASTROHEALTH only wanted my credit card. He was very attentive and I would recommend anyone who needs a GI to see this doctor. Staff was great and Thank you to Carol.

The office staff is terrible. Very unprofessional. Actually hung up on me twice after holding for over 20 minutes each time. I left messages several times and never got a callback. They also neglected sending the notes to radiology on time. The doctor is very nice but the office staff is a joke!

THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN, COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I WOULD N E V E R RECOMMEND HIM TO TREAT A PATIENT. HIS STAFF IS JUST AS BAD.

Worst doctor ever. My mother had a painful situation and Dr. Eisner was dismissive and arrogant. There was no follow up and his office personnel was also dismissive and uncaring when I called to say his "remedy" wasn't working and what can we do. I wouldn't send anyone to him.

Dr Eisner himself is great, office staff in Boca not so much. Never even been to his Boca office yet someone in Boca Canceled colonoscopy procedure the Friday before my Monday procedure. I did the prep Sunday, called Monday AM as no confirmation was received only to find someone in an office I've never been to has canceled my appt. Also BEWARE this Corporate Doctors Group auto charges your credit card for payment 10 calendar days including the date of service (incl weekend and holiday) . Regardless if insurance pays a portion you will be auto charged in full amount in exactly 10 days including the date you were there - there are no exceptions, no discussion, no negotiation they do not care that insurance can take longer then 10 calendar days.

Dr. Eisner was assigned to me while I was a patient at Boca Regional Hospital. I presented with severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. An Endoscopy was performed where Dr. Eisner found I had a large ulcer which he treated with medication and change of diet. He was professional, encouraging, and thorough in his explanations. During my healing process,I will rely on him completely!

Great physician. Made an appointment with this doctor because no one else seemed to be able to help me. Took his time and set up a regimen for me to follow. After following his recommendations I feel great. I would recommend that anyone who has any stomach problems to make an appointment to see him. Only thing is they have a tablet you have to sign in. But they help you with it. Thank you

Performed an endoscopy where a permanent bridge across 6 upper incisors was destroyed (3 caps included). Neither Dr. Eisner nor the anesthesiologist discovered the presence of the bridge during pre-op. I pointed out the fact that I had a history of grinding my teeth while under anesthesia. This was documented in the Anesthesia Pre-op Evaluation form but no steps were taken to protect my bridge When I ground my teeth it destroyed the bridge. (over $15K damage).

Excellent caring physician. Only on way to diagnose me when 3 others couldn't.
