Dr Getzen and his staff were amazing! Even though I did not get the news that I was hoping for, him and his staff were very sympathetic and thorough. I was very comfortable (as comfortable as you can be in this type of situation). I was nervous about the procedure in the beginning. So, he came and talked to me before I even got into a gown or any kind of "set up". His staff was very polite and thorough. I could have not asked for a better Dr or staff to perform my procedure. Thank you all!!

I See no problem with Dr. Gertzen He explained mapping and the procedure on my liver in February and another in the in of March . what I would like after the procedure the Dr . would come in after the procedure and explain how every thing went. thanking the Doctors and the Nurses that did a outstanding job putting me at ease. He didn't take the time to listen to me or my concerns and had a poor attitude that was really annoying. There was no reasoning with him but I didn't want to come off as rude because he was about to do a procedure on me. That being said, it's been messed up ever since he's done it and have to have it corrected. My appointment time and the time I was taken back was over 3 hours and I had no communication of why. I had to keep grabbing nurses trying to find out & my nurses kept changing. Rude man!
