My dad age 94 had a bladder infection. Dr. Ingram prescribed antibiotic, helped at first. When med ran out, infection immediately returned. All he did was prescribe the same med again. Even less effective second time. This went on for MONTHS with my dad wearing diapers and suffering horribly. Saw lack of concern so we went to emergency room in Marquette to try to get attention of somebody who'd take some action. Eventually ultrasound found stone in bladder, harboring bacteria. So Marquette wants to break it up with laser, no cutting, and Ingram STOPS them -- wait for it -- because the procedure might be stressful! So they order a stress test in Houghton, which took another month to arrange, then SIT ON THE RESULTS instead of immediately forwarding them to Marquette. Phone was ineffective, took another day off work, Ingram's nurse told me face-to-face the results were faxed, went out in the parking lot and called Marquette... NO FAX. 5 months of agony total, dad is 96 now & doing fine.
