My autism son having issues.They keep sending to neurologist Surgeon twice.I tried to communicate with them and explain.I just got cuss out by the office manager.She wouldn’t listen and tell what sorry parents.P.S.Office Manager I got you on record on the phone.

I went to him for 12 years and appreciated the time he spent talking and diagnosing my illnesses.However, he had an extremely high staff turnover and terrible office manager. She was the rudest person and I believe this is why his staff kept leaving. Very unpleasant environment!

He was great in the beginning but right now my health seems to be be getting worse and I feel he's not listening to me. Something changed not sure what but I recognize we're all only human and experience life's problems outside our work lives. However,administrative staff was always horrible and unprofessional. This is for Alyssa (hope I spelled correctly) and the African-American lady (apologies for not remembering your name)that provided intake service on last visith, first time since my arrival i felt intake was prperly done. I was with my original doctor over 40 years so yes, i know the difference! Both were professional, knowledgeable, clear and concise and had no problem answering any question put forth. If they were unsure, neither had a problem admitting they would have to pass on to the doctor. Taking the time to say thank you to them both and thanking God for them. You're both AWSOME!!! YEAAAH!

Great Doctor Great staff. Dr actually listens and doesn’t just hand out prescriptions. I currently drive 200 miles just to see him. Best Dr I have seen in my life

Very non-helpful staff. When I originally went to this doc it was great but they have made a 180 it seems. I found another doc for this and will not go back. Ever...

He's my doctor and love him he's tells you like it should be and make sure your health gets better

This dr. has staff that are petty and vindictive. They changed my wife's handicap renewal form to a new and Temporary. I then filled and sent their office a form for myself. My form listed my leg amputation as the reason for the handicap placard. There are times when my prosthetic leg is a problem and I will be in a wheelchair. They would not fill out the form without a office visit.

What a difference a couple of years make. I now can no longer state I like Dr. Krehbiel. He's changed 180 degrees from the professional man I first saw in 2017. I used to put up with his surly office staff because I thought he cared about me as a patient but it's just not worth it to remain as his patient since he no longer seems to put patients first. He coddles the front office people and allows them to be rude to his patients. There are lots of great, professional doctors in the Edmond/OKC area. You can do better than this one.

Never Ever have I seen such unprofessional staff. I was in the waiting room when one of the ladies at the front desk started yelling about calling the police. The guy she was telling this to was standing a couple of feet from the counter and was calm, didn't have his voice raised. I think it is time for me to find a new doctor.

If you want a caring doctor, who truly listens and is willing to try to meet your needs… Do NOT go here!!!

I saw Dr. Krehbiel for the first time 2 weeks ago. He is a good doctor, very caring, very nice man. He listens to your concerns & will help you. HOWEVER, I gave 1 star because of his Admin Staff. On my new patient form, about 14 pages, I completed before my appointment, I listed other doctors that I am currently being treated by AND specifically requested 2 referrals to be put in to Tricare. Now I wrote the names, addresses, phone numbers & the doctors specialization of the 2 referrals I needed. SOMEHOW his admin staff was still able to get both referrals request wrong! Now after my 1st appointment 2 weeks ago, I still had to call the office 3 times to request these referrals! It took the office staff 2 weeks to put in the referrals to Tricare & still thoroughly screwed it up. HOW you ask? Well the Neurosurgeon that I have been seeing for 10 years, they put in the wrong address, wrong phone number & wrong hospital that his office is located. The 2nd referral for the pain management doc

The first physician that I have found in Edmond that actually listens to what you’re telling him. Great personality and all ears during the appointment. Thank you so very much for listening and helping me.

I knew and went to Dr k for years all of a sudden he told me my Thyroid was acting up. When it was fine try to get back into him. His people refused me. He knew I was very Ill was in and out of Hosp for 8 mths finally got a new dr. My thyoird was never bad. He gave me meds that's caused me to be very Ill. I even sent him letter to his home. He still refused to help me. I thought he cares. He was a great dr. But if I did not take actions I would if been dead today. My blood pressure was 189/ 100 and heart was 130 due to Dr K SCREW UP. DR KREHIBE HAS BEEN IN COURT FOR OTHER MEDICAL MISHAPS ITS IN THE COURT RECORDS WHICH IS PUBLIC RECORD

My experience was great, I was asked many times about insurance coverage to make sure I would not get a huge bill for lab and was informed that they did have the vitamins that I needed but that I could purchase them anywhere. There was a wait, but I didn't mind after he saw me, because he took the time necessary to explain everything to me. I will continue to go back and recommend him to others.

At least at his new practice he only seems concerned about pushing his vitamins. Every person I saw leaving his office had a bag of vitamins and he recommended that I buy Vitamin-D from him even though my blood work showed perfectly normal levels. Wait times are also insane for how light the work load was. He also charged my insurance $330 for a physical and his lab charged my insurance $1650 for the routine lab work, luckily insurance knocked it down a decent bit.
