Thorough and easy to talk with
I ended up in the ER around 1am with ferocious pain, which was quickly diagnosed as a kidney stone. The whole ER team was good, and I especially appreciate Dr Mitchell and his RN. They were skilled, and efficient, and treated me like a person rather than an object to poke and prod. They helped me get through a bad time; my thanks to both.
