Boy, did I ever luck into finding Dr. Peters at MiSpine Center! In September of 2020, I suffered a back injury. After several weeks in pain, I finally did a search for orthopaedic surgeons who use minimally-invasive technique and found Dr. Peters. I met with him to go over my history, symptoms, and for a recommended course of action. I tried the recommended conservative therapies first, to no avail. For surgery, Dr. Peters gave me two alternatives: a smaller surgery or a larger surgery and laid out the advantages and disadvantages of each. I chose the smaller surgery, had it done in June of 2021 with INSTANTANEOUS relief. No more sciatica and unrelenting pain. Kailey, the Medical Assistant is right on top of everything--testing, surgical preps, everything. She's amazing at juggling all the balls. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellence of care. As an RN who worked in orthopaedics in Colorado, I have a unique perspective. This is the practice to choose!

Dr. Todd Peters and his assistant Kailee are top notch medical professionals. I has a surgery on my L5-S1 herniation last November that was so smooth and successful, and everything Dr. Peters indicated would happen did happen exactly. The follow up care was very thorough as well, as well as the pre-op process, Kailee was on top it every step of the way. Dr. Peters was ever such a gentleman that in my confusion about the terminology of the procedure, he actually came out of the OR to explain to me and assure me one more time even though he actually already did explain it in his office previously, it was just that between my nervousness and disorientation, I wanted reassurance. Kudos to his patience and professionalism and most of all his skills as a spine surgeon! Thanks so much for giving my active life back, Dr. Peters!

I had such extreme back pain I was essentially incapacitated. Dr Peters recommended an MRI. After he saw it he recommended spinal surgery. I woke up in the surgical recovery room and the pain was gone and it never came back. I used a walker for a few days and then a cane for a few more. Now I am bout 20 days out and I am walking normally and without help or pain. I have about a 1" scar. The surgery was an enormous success for me. Thank you Dr. Peters.

Dr. Peters is as good as it gets! Sets reasonable expectations and then wildly exceeds them. I have recommended him to a number of friends with persistent unresolved back issues. 20+ years of lower back pain gone in a single outpatient procedure. Doug C.

I have been a lower-back surgery patient for over 40 years. My first surgery left me with an inflamed, painful condition (arachnoiditis) that will never go away. I had a fourth laminectomy (with Dr. Peters) in May. 2018. About 50% of my worst pain symptoms are gone (in my feet and lower legs). The surgery reduced pressure on the inflamed nerves, giving me a good measure of pain relief. I think Dr. Peters did an excellent job of doing what was possible.

Dr. Peters performed an L3-4 laminectomy for me. I was having severe pain and lower leg pain. I was having to use a cane at all times and was starting to fall w.o. the cane. I was under the care of other Orthopedists for several years and it was not until I met Dr. Peters that I had a diagnosis and a plan for relief. Dr. Peters was right on point. Four weeks after the surgery, I am not using the cane; when my brain tells my legs to do something, they respond correctly; I have no pain.

Went to Dr peters after 2 other opinions and Dr peters nailed it and what was wrong with me. He performed back surgery on me and just being under his care he is very detail and explains everything you need to know. I felt very comfortable with Dr peters and so glad i went to him. If you are second guessing a Drs opinion and you dont feel comfortable always get another opinion and I would recommend Dr peters to even my own family. Even his staff member Kailey is pretty amazing.

I received three opinions regarding my back. The surgeon I'd seen for many years wanted to do a major surgery on May so I got's to second opinions. Both doctors felt minimally invasive laminotomy. I choose Dr. Peters because his excellent patient consult and his amazing nurse, Kalie. Dr. peters spent nearly an hour with me letting me know my options. I had an excellent result from the surgery and feel like a new man. The follow-up visits were equally helpful. Thank you Dr. Peters and Kayli!!!

I would recommend Dr. Peters to anyone with spine/back issues. He took time to really listen to my symptoms and the progression of my pain. He explained different options, but in looking at my MRI it was clear that the only permanent solution was a L4-L5 spinal fusion. Dr. Peters was able to do the procedure with minimally invasive surgery and my sciatic pain was gone upon waking. After 6 weeks I am again able to walk long distances and am so thankful that I found his practice.

I did extensive research for a spine surgeon before seeing Dr. Todd Peters. Dr. Peters takes the time to listen to your concerns and is cautious before recommending surgery. My sciatica pain is now gone thanks to Dr. Peters. His Medical Assistant, Kailey, is also amazing and very kind.

Dr. Peters is the best, he takes time explaining in detail every step of the way your progress. I would recommend him highly, he doesn't rush in to surgery if he feels you can heal without it, like so many doctors. Kailey his assistant is so professional and caring. He is always available for you. I have never had to wait, he is always on time. The best thing that amazed about this doctor is memory is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Peters is an excellent surgeon. However, when I had expressed my concern regarding post-surgery symptoms, I was promptly dismissed. No fun to have continued nerve, back and neck pain. Unfortunately, I felt a high level of discompassion from Dr. Peters during my last visit. Questioning further treatment by Dr. Peters and referral now.

An amazing surgeon and a first rate professional office. My experience is beyond positive. Dr. Peters reviewed my case, gave me straight forward options and was willing to answer all of my questions. I was not rushed in my appointment and felt that the Doctor was listening to me as a patient. The surgery was very successful and my rehab is well underway. He doesn't overbook and I have always been seen within a few minutes of my appointment time and always see the doctor and not a PA
