Visit involved left shoulder pain. Appointment time honored and visit was very efficient. Got an in house xray and was set up for an MRI. MRI called the same day and I was back at Dr. Runyan 's office in 5 days. Received an injectionguided by an ultra sound machine. Pain was reduced to almost nothing. Shoulder has improved with exercise. Highly recommend Dr. Ruyan and will return for my hand issues.

My personal experience with doctor Runyan was poor. He didn't fix my shoulder correctly and I had to go to another surgeon. Every doctor visit would be about 5 minutes, in and out and wouldn't ask any questions or look at my shoulder. No explanation whatsoever.

Dr. Runyan's staff is slow and unhelpful. I waited 2.5 hrs past the time of my appointment before being called into an examination room (on more than one visit). Once in the room, I waited another half hour before being seen (all on leave from work burning my sick leave hours). Dr. Runyan failed to physically exam me and based his entire opinion on a MRI. He didn't even bother to order an ultrasound. He only stayed with me for 5 min. Had to get 2nd opinion.

I'm so happy that I was referred to Dr Runyan, he was great. He took the time to explain to me what was going on in my shoulder after other doctors just took my money. The staff was great, they were so kind and understanding even after I a little cranky due to pain. Thank you Dr Runyan and staff !!!

I tried to make an appointment today and it was an aggravating process. The YOUNG women that work in there are not knowledgeable about dealing with health patients, except to make sure proper authorization is gotten from my main doctor so that Dr. Runyan can get paid. There was no empathy, flexibility or understanding of how to deal with a patient in pain and needing of medical attention. Then, it takes a month to see him. Ridiculous. No one is that busy, but I'm sure it's vacation time.
