Dr. Toland Ash, MD

Talked over me, rushed, dismissive, told me I needed to see my provider in person because the telehealth was for acute conditions. When I got the summary back, the diagnosis was ACUTE. Glad it was free through insurance. Not impressed at all.

I did not have any bad interactions with Dr.Ash as other reviews say. He listened as I described my symptoms and prescribed me exactly what I needed. I did not get the sense that he was rushing me and he did not speak over me.

Telehealth with Dr. Ash. Glad to see, I’m not the only one who experienced being rushed off the phone, being interrupted, and being dismissive. Seems like this guy should stop bank rolling these telehealth visits and spend more time listening. I got a refund for my visit with Toland and spoke with another doctor who listened and cared.

Dr. Ash talked over me while I was explaining my symptoms, was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and hung up on me during my Telehealth appointment. Worst medical experience of my life!

Worst doctor ever! How is he even allowed to be on telahealth he talks over you doesn’t listen. He didn’t even let me go over my symptoms and just kept asking me if I had a runny nose. I told him no and he said well then your not sick. Later that night I lost my hearing in my right ear and lost my voice my neck is swollen from how bad my throat is. Luckily I had already hit my deductible from having surgery so I didn’t have to pay for the telahealth or I would have not been happy for $55 and him basically just being rude and saying your not sick bye. Then you look him up online look how many horrible reviews he has. Why is he still allowed to have a medical license????

I’ve requested my Teladoc file to reflect I do not want to see Dr Ash again. I presented with a reoccurring issue that two previous Teladoc physicians have prescribed an antiviral for each time. Dr Ash refused to write the same prescription for the same symptoms stating “it can cause liver failure”, but goes on to offer to write me a prescription for pain medication, which I refused. I would not recommend Dr Ash.

I was not impressed at all with Dr. Ash. I have covid and he was not empathetic at all with my circumstances. I was so glad this was a free visit through my insurance. My husband has used Teledoc before and had a great experience. This doctor didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr Ash thru Teladoc. He prescribed meds I’d never heard before. My cough and sinus drainage has dissipated. My GP hadn’t been able to treat me properly. Thanks Dr Ash and Teladoc

I had Dr. Ash through Teledoc. He diagnosed me with Strep, and I was cured quickly! Very easy to talk to and he assured me with my concerns of the medication I was perscribed!

Worst customer service ever. Just for one single medical exam I had to come in three different times, and always had to wait 45min to be shown in, and then an additional 20 min before Dr. Ash actually came in. It took them a whole week to get and read my lab work, and adding insult to injury, Dr. Ash ordered the wrong shot for me, which by the way, they were unable to give me at their office. Will never come back to Dr. Ash whom can't even be trusted to accurately review lab work.

Awesome!!!!!!!!!!! He needs his own practice. I FELT sorry 4 HIM great doc who cares. ...and you cannot expect THIS nowadays! I wasnt prepared for truth. Like a personal trainer he doesn't hold his tongue. Ive seens a lot of reviews that seem to b from the new breed of patients.....dont go here if u expect a false doc ! Took me a week to realize this person really cares! Thanx doctor. Ps please dont retire!!!ill follow u anywhere!

It was my first visit to Dr. Ash. I just wanted to say how pleasant the staff was. Dr. Ash was very professional and communicated clearly with me. I felt comfortable and would definitely recommend others to his office in Pembroke Pines.
