Very positive. The problem I was seen for could have been being caused by one or both of two different things. His thought after his exam was different than mine has been. But I felt he had carefully listened to why I thought it was the other possibility and ordered an xray to be sure - turns out it was both! It also was good to be able to get balanced information about various options for treatment.

Dr. Koeske has been our family's primary physician for over two decades, and he has served us very well. The visit this morning was both pleasant and factual, answering my questions with an encyclopedic knowledge which serves his patients well. This morning's visit began with a kind greeting at the door and a going over of the required questions concerning the current pandemic. The receptionist thanked me for filling out the pre-check-in on My Chart, and I was called back at exactly my appointment time, where the nurse took my vitals, followed almost immediately by Dr. Koeske's appearance and a professional discussion reviewing my labs etc. I have high regard for Dr. Koeske and would recommend him highly to anyone seeking a family physician.

He is well informed and extremely competent. His explanations of conditions and treatment are instructional and easily understood. He listens and is caring. He makes the patient a part of the health care team.
